Our entire family has completed physical therapy at this office and its wonderful! The staff is amazing and so caring! I was able to bring my grandmother in her wheelchair with no problem. They even have free parking which was great. I highly recommend Katie C and her office for anyone in the area looking for physical therapy!
I called RBNY Physical Therapy because they have Saturday hours, which I needed since I work in the City and don't want to go in late to work 2 days during the week. Katie C. listened to my whole story with my knees, and determined what I needed right away. She's very thorough and provides things in her treatment that other PTs don't (from talking with friends). Katie and the entire staff are so nice and friendly and make you feel really comfortable. It's easy to make appointments, and when I had to change my appointment, it was no problem. The office is clean, there's parking, and a ramp if you need it. The wait time is usually about 5 minutes or so. I've been going for 3 weeks now, and my knees are feeling so much better! I highly recommend RBNY Physical Therapy
Within a year I had two total knee replacements and began physical therapy at RBNY Physical Therapy. It has been an excellent choice.
I have been extremely satisfied with the level and quality of the therapy given. The therapists and their assistants are knowledgeable, professional, warm and caring. Each person is treated as an individual, given increasing exercises as they progress, watched at all times and given constant encouragement and direction. The therapists ask questions, listen carefully and work on each patient individually every session. The office itself is cheerful and decorated according to the season. It is obvious the people working there are happy as reflected in their attitudes toward the patients and each other. It has bred a concern and caring attitude for each other among the patients as well. Bottled water is available to all as well as small individual snacks. Everyone from the office staff to the therapists to their assistants know each patient by name and have a pleasant and cheerful manner. The waiting time is negligible and every effort is made to accommodate the patient’s schedule and needs.
While one may not look forward to needing physical therapy, Beach NY Physical Therapy is the place to go for the best of care. I highly recommend them.

After 16 years of avoiding neck surgery for injuries sustained from an auto accident, I have taken alternative routes to lessen my neck and back pain. I have been in physical therapy too many times over the years and no other practice compares to the knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive care I receive at Beach NY Physical Therapy. Upon arrival I am always greeted with warmth and a smile! The quality of care and cleanliness of the office are superb, with state of the art equipment. I spent about three months at Beach NY Physical Therapy last year (approximately 3 days a week) with great results, and feeling the best I have in the past 16 years. Unfortunately, U had a flare up recently due to the stress of life - so i am back for more therapy. I look forward to the personal attention and level of comfort given at every session by Katie and her wonderful staff!!!

This place was phenomenal! Very friendly, and helpful staff. Fun and upbeat, you don't even feel like you're doing therapy while there. Located right in the middle of Rockaway with street parking, and a big driveway in the back so you really never have to worry about parking. If you live in Rockaway, you'll most likely walk in and see some of your friends while there. Lots of friends have gone here as well and all enjoyed it. On top of the fun/innovative exercises and quick recovery, they go above and beyond to help you get your updated prescriptions and whatever else you need from your primary care doctor! If (most likely when) I get injured again, I will most certainly be returning. Read a couple of the most recent reviews, and though I agree with to each their own, I can't say I agree with them in the slightest. Give this place a try for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
